Each class follows the STRETCH, STRUT & SASS philosophy. STRETCHING begins with a small warm-up to get the body loose, limber & comfortable. Following the warm-up, everyone dons their heels and develops and/or practices her "STRUT". There's a certain way a woman walks into a room when she feels good about herself and when that happens she "STRUTS". This segment of the class also focuses on strengthening your abdominal core and demonstrating the proper way to 'STRUT" in heels. The third part of class is the "SASS". Here, a small choreographed routine is taught that tones your legs but also incorporates other areas of the body. When it comes to the "SASS" portion classes alternate between something saucy and something sexy so that you leave with either new moves for a night out or a little something to share with a special someone. Either way everyone walks out of The Stiletto Effect with toned legs, a few fun and sexy dance moves, and a new dimension of confidence!
Classes are $15 per person (student discount available) and are 60 minutes long. Private classes and group rates are available.
